We often assume that locals have to the obligation to understand us and our native language. Let's leave any ounce of arrogance and disrespect behind us - and for good! As we visit foreign lands, it is our responsibility to be understood by the locals and not the other way around. So let's not forget to bring a very useful and complete travel phrase book. As a start, we have compiled below one short phrase book to help you be orientated in the language of the locals. Check at your book store for newest phrase books which are adapted to your travel destinations.
